Our Manufacturing client is looking for an Applications Analyst - Kronos - for a 1+ year contract starting immediately!
Job description
- Participate as member of the current 4 member team that are rolling out WFC Timekeeper and Accruals across our NA facilities
- To be utilised as post-install enhancements (handing of work orders, user requests and enhancements)
- Some travel may be required to locations already using Work Force Central (Kinston, NC/Springfield, Tenn / Memphis, Tenn)
- Based out of Charlotte, NC office
- Work independently on work orders aimed to enhance particular areas of WFC with direction from Team manager and team lead.
- Strong positive customer service skills in order to determine scope of work and manage customer expectations.
- 5 Years experience with Kronos WorkForce Central
- In particular TimeKeeper and Accruals (Analytics is a nice to have)
- Experience with Version 7.03
- Experience with WIM
- Configuration experience with 4500 InTouch terminals including biometric configurations
