Job Description :
Support of Qfiniti software components. Experience upgrading Qfiniti from v3.6.x to Q10 in a TDM environment. Experience with a highly available Qfiniti Environment. Experience with Autonomy/HP Explore. Must have excellent analysis and design skills and great customer service.
II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/DELIVERABLES
A. Services Description:
Resource needed to support Qfiniti Application Suite, include Qfiniti Explore. Initial items would include some enhancement work and then upgrading from Qfiniti v3.6 to Q10 in a TDM Environment and potentially making the environment highly available. May also include upgrading from Autonomy Explore to HP Explore. Finally, there may be some support and maintenance along with small enhancement work in the day to day support of the Qfiniti Application Suite.
