Basic Qualifications: Please focus on C (C++, C#, etc.) and ETL developers please.
DEVELOPER side of the work is infrastructure hardware/software development and in the remediation of current batch assets.
ANALYST side of the work is the thorough analysis, creation of solution options, and creation of designs leading into the development work.
PROJECT: Overnight Batch Processing with four areas of scope.
1) Analysis and documentation of current process for recovery and sustainability
2) Governance, best practices, business rules to determine what should be batch or non-batch processing, if batch then how to implement, i.e. ETL, web service, etc.
3) Determine the technical platform for the future of the batch process
4) Remediation of batch assets In accordance with the new governance and technology platform.

Has to work well on a team, pickup whatever work the team needs them to do, from analysis, to development, to testing, to deployment.
Rather than a person with a specific technical skillset, we are looking for people who have competencies in a variety of technologies or want to acquire competencies in other technologies.
A person may have expertise over more than one of these and would like to build expertise in others.
We are not necessarily looking for 4 people, each with one of these skillsets listed below – but a combination of some of them.
What is key is their behaviors – go getter, desire to learn, roll up sleeves to learn, curious, and a GREAT team player.
Scrum/Agile experience is essential.
