Job Description :

As an important member of the R D team, your primary responsibilities will be to lead the design and development of our platform, HITS. Those responsibilities will include but are not limited to the architecture and development of new features and functionality within HITS, application and process optimization, automating operational processes, managing source code, assisting with the development of quality assurance procedures including automated application regression and load testing and database optimization and administration. Your objectives are to provide the users of HITS with a world-class solution that consistently allows them to perform their tasks within HITS and a solution that scales with the continued growth of eSecuritel. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be called on to lead or assist with other technology related projects the company may have. 

Compensation is highly competitive.

Requirements/Skills
Qualifications 
• More than 7 years of application development experience 
• Object oriented analysis and design experience 
• Web applications and web services 
• C#, ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server 
• ASP.NET MVC 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred (advanced degree a plus) 
• Excellent technical problem solving skills 
• Experience designing developing extensible enterprise applications 
• Good communication skills 
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
