Should be able to envision, architecture and implement from the scratch enterprise application
Strong foundation in Java, J2EE technologies especially JMS, JDBC, JAXB, JSP/Servlets, JSF and Sprint and Hibernate frameworks
Exposure to front end frameworks like Angular JS, Bootstrap, Gulp, Bower, Node.Js etc

Job Description:

Responsible for providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprises overall systems architecture. 
Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise. 
Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
 Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards. 
Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process. 
Provides technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate. 
Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs. 
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. 
Or equivalent work experience. 
Typically has 7+ years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.

Additional Skills:

Strong service oriented architecture concepts, expertise in designing ,implementing and consuming REST services
Hands on in developing, debugging and deploying enterprise applications. 
Ability to arrive at the best integration specifications for interfacing with multiple systems
Review and take corrective action on the design work performed by the team
Should be able to identify technology risks early in the Sprint.
Good exposure to working in agile - scrum methodology.
Should be able to mentor, guide and train junior team members
Should be able to work in a global delivery model.
