Job Description :

• 5+ years of heavy experience developing software in a Client/Server environment, or demonstrated successful development experience on large scale software projects

• Strong SQL Database development skills using Microsoft SQL Server/ T-SQL

• Ability to interpret documented business requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Ability to perform advanced level
• SQL development tasks according to published standards and design guidelines
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Demonstrated history of professional growth in SQL Server development and ability to continually push oneself to  achieve higher levels of competence
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in radio or a related communications industry is a plus
  • Experience with Scrum, XP, or another Agile methodology is a plus
  • A positive attitude and professional disposition

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

the following:

• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Contribute technical content to as-built documents
• Create, document, and implement unit-test plans / scripts / and test-harnesses
• Perform Data Modeling 
  • Create and maintain SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, scheduled tasks, and DDL scripts 
  • Investigate, analyze and document reported defects
  • Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
  • Effectively serve as a member of Agile oriented software development team 
  • Participate in code and design reviews
