Job Description:
At least4-5 years of hands on experience on IBM ODM in development projects.
Having experience in converting the requirements into technical solution based on industry standards and IBM recommended design patterns.
Having experience in rules mining by talking to various business stakeholders.
Should have ability to define the solution architecture or provide inputs to the overall solution having multiple other technologies
Having understanding of different phases of project life cycle (process modelling, design, build, validation & testing)
Having good communication
He should have good analytical, problem solving, communication, comprehension and client facing skills
Exposure to agile would be preferred.
