Job Description :
Serve as the primary technical resource for maintenance, configuration and integration of monitoring tools suites. The EMS consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all technical assets for the cloud and applications are being monitored, configurations are captured in the CMDB and monitoring tools are integrated for consolidation of event data into a central Manager of Managers tool. Reporting to the Environment Manager, the EMS Consultant will work with DevOps teams to ensure that processes exist and are being followed to ensure that newly developed delivery capabilities are properly monitored prior to being made available to the client.
Technical Skills Skill Years/Level of Experience :
Mandatory Hands on experience with installation/design/configuration of Zenoss and integration of event data into Zenoss 4+
Experience with implementation of Event Management ITIL processes 4+
Experience with configuration of events from McAfee ePO, ServiceNow, and AWS highly desired. 4+
Preferred Experience with Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools 2+
Education Level: Bachelors Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.
