Job Description-
Project involves end-to-end review of specific International Treasury Management products through the lens of Sales force and our external customers. The objective will be to fully understand the existing implementation / customer onboarding processes, recommending improvement opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and reduce the time to initial transaction.
- Training and experience in Project Management and Process Improvement
- Versed in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Demonstrated ability to define, map, and analyze processes with experience in Value Stream Mapping or similar methodology
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills targeting all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, team facilitation skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a simple, concise manner
- Proven ability to build strong, successful relationships and influence across an organization at multiple levels, to drive results
- Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics with experience working in a project management environment
§ Proven experience participating in efforts to identify continuous process improvement opportunities and design optimal solution set(s) to improve customer satisfaction, reduce or avoid operational expense, improve outgoing product quality and/or increase productivity.
§ Strong demonstrated analytical skills with experience in gathering, synthesizing and analyzing varied sources of data to identify patterns and root causes.
§ Work with leadership on solution set development, alternative evaluation, and development of business case for proposed process modifications and/or technology, staff and structure changes.
§ Facilitate execution of solution set to remove waste and non-value added activities from current processes.
§ Demonstrated experience in conducting cost/benefit analysis.
§ Participate in the design and implementation of simple and complex continuous improvement focused strategies / solutions.
- Design and develop reports / presentations as needed for leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience with International Treasury Management products preferred
- Access/Sequel database construction experience
- Self-started capable of discerning and understanding the personalities involved, scope of effort, and how to navigate the organizational culture in a manner to effectively accomplish objectives.
