JD

  • Employee must have a working knowledge of the Avaya System Installation and Management and 1+ years of experience, Avaya Media Gateway and Server installation and management, Avaya IP Telephone, and vector knowledge, and IP design and maintenance.
  • Work as a liaison with business partners and vendors for projects and initiatives.
  • This candidate must have a good knowledge of carrier services and interfaces.
  • This candidate must have strong interpersonal skills (oral and written), organizational skills documentation and organization skills, be able to think outside the box, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter. They should also be good at problem solving, troubleshooting, mentoring and motivating others, and be a real team player.
  • Technical proficiency in Avaya PBX for 2+ years, Centre Vu Call Management Systems, AES, call recording and Proficiency with MS office applications, Windows operating systems, Linux operating systems, and a multi-site environment. 

Preferred

  • Experience and hands on working knowledge of Avaya PBX systems and adjuncts such as call recording and CMS.
  • Visio experience
