Job Description

Role : RM - IBM FileNet P8 Consultant

Location : Central,CT

Rate : $40/hr on C2C(Max)

Job Description :

Skills Required:

Deep expertise in IBM FileNet P8 4.5.1/P8 5.2, IBM WorkPlace, Case Foundation, IBM Content Navigator. Application upgrade experience from P8 4.5.1 to P8 5.2 is desired.

Excellent communication skills

Meeting facilitation

Team leadership - Experience in managing a team of 5-6 resources

Requirement gathering

Work Planning

Responsibilities:

Work Estimation & Scheduling

Collaborate with PM to develop project work plan

Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with business and end user

Identify /Document project requirements based on inputs from business

Closely monitor scope creep from technical perspective

Create Design Documents

Work with Architecture team to identify infrastructure requirements well in advance

Provide approach and technical solution to meet project requirements

Develop Complex modules as necessary

Co-ordination with offshore team on daily basis

Review deliverables (Code, documentation, Unit Testing Plans/Results) by offshore team and ensure quality

Troubleshoot technical issues

Review Unit Test Plans and Results

Provide inputs to the QA team for end-to-end testing

Resolve environment and deployment issues

Ensure Production Readiness for applications

Support end-to-end testing

Mentor offshore team members
