Successful candidates will join a team of developers responsible for leveraging technology to solve business problems in Revenue and Planning technology. Candidates will participate in all phases of the development process from inception through transition. In addition, candidates will provide production on-call support and be involved in enhancement work. Candidates will use object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects. This includes developing applications, which may interface with other systems. The individual will:

• Provide technical and system expertise and work closely with the team's application architect.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including the analysis of user requirements, and the design, development, testing, deployment, administration and documentation of software components, system features and services.
• Work collaboratively with customers, project managers, technical leads, architects and external project teams to produce innovative and practical technical solutions within planned timelines.
• Proactively identify and address potential technical risks.
• Be responsible for delivering and analyzing robust software solutions.
• Meet functional and non-functional requirements of the project.
• Work in a team environment as well as independently and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have the following experience for this position:

• 8+ years Java development experience including STS.
• 5+ years J2EE development experience
• 5+ years experience with the Spring Framework including Integration, Dependency Injection, Templates and Aspects. Spring Batch, Web Services and Security a plus.
• 2+ years development experience using test driven development and continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson, JUnit, Maven)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, Ant, and Maestro (Tivoli) scheduler
• 5+ years experience with Oracle and advanced level queries in SQL
• Experience developing and deploying in environments such as Eclipse, FlashBuilder, Tomcat, and WAS
• Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities
• Experience with Agile development methodology
