Job Description :
Project Summary - To provide real-time integration between Client's SuccessFactors Employee Central and the on-premise SAP HR and non-SAP Systems. This integration will be achieved using the Dell Boomi tool.
General Duties/Tasks will include:
- Analysis and document the existing functionality.
- Dell Boomi configuration and support
- Prepare Field mapping document
- Help in Unit Testing
- Help in Integration testing
Required Skills/Experience
- Boomi Skill (Years of experience-12-24 months )
- Dell Boomi configuration and support (Minimum 6+ years of total IT experience out of which 2 years should be on)
Preferred Skills:
- Skill details : Experience in Boomi Interface Build
- Worked On Integration with SAP HCM and PI ; Boomi Cloud Environments Setup and connection Setup for FTP servers
- Must have Exp in Boomi Integration for Recruitment and on boarding modules.
- Should have implementation experience on at least 2 integration projects where Dell Boomi AtomSphere has been used as the integration platform as a service offering to integrate cloud based applications, SaaS offerings such as Salesforce, SuccessFactors, NetSuite, Workday, etc.
- Should have knowledge on building custom connectors using Dell Boomi Connector SDK
Good to have Skill Set
- Soft skills, good at using macros etc.
- PI Understanding
- Experience on HIPAA EDI's (X12 834, X12 837 ), HL7, etc
- Dell Boomi Process Developer Certification would be an added advantage
- Experience with any other iPaaS tools e.g. Informatica Cloud, WSO2, IBM Cast Iron would be good to have
- Experience with designing flows using Dell Boomi AtomSphere
- Exposure in other cloud architectures e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azureing
