Job Description-

 As a AXWAY Administrator Developer/Analyst, you will be part of a team implementing and maintaining applications which support the following financial business functions of closing, inventory valuing, forecasting, business planning, and funding. Specifically, as an AXWAY administrator, you will be implementing and maintaining critical interfaces which support a Global Cash Management project that begins in the US and will expand to North America.

Ideal candidate will have experience with AXWAY products (Secure Transport 5.3 Gateway XFB 6.16) will be responsible for implementing new interfaces with in-house business partners as well as maintaining the environment. Must have financial application support experience (AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger Systems).

You will be interacting with various levels of Finance that include Analysts, Managers, and Controllers throughout AM USA and North America as well as third party providers. This position will be based out of East Chicago, IN.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for all aspects of the Gateway servers and service in North America Responsible for all updates / patches / changes to the Gateway software and configurations Interfaces with and manages AXWAY Professional services when problems arise or changes are planned Set standards and architecture for the gateway servers. Starts as a role for Global Treasury project in the US but expands to North America support and possibly Americas Support.

Configuration of Gateway First responder for inquiries Performs verification tests to make sure everything is working properly Sets up monitors including error tracking, log tracking and alerts Monitors the environments including Production, Test and Disaster Recovery Interacts with all Stakeholders/Entities Provide training to backup resources As roll-out occurs, other business unit’s in NAFTA will need to connect to this server. The administrator will need to coordinate these activities. The administrator will provide support to these BU’s and help configure. Setup responsibilities for current and future stakeholders.

Work with IT Support teams and business people in gathering requirements, designing, developing, unit testing, integration and user acceptance testing Development, execution, and documentation of test scripts Development and maintenance of technical specifications Provide post-installation and production support Required Experience At least 3-5 years previous experience with the above AXWAY products is required.

Good knowledge of Gateway Secure Transport configuration Experience with setting up standards and architecture for Gateway servers Hands on experience with updating, patching modifying Gateway Software configuration Experience with working to project schedules Experience with Gateway problem solving monitoring Individual should have 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, converting user requirements into program changes, system testing, and installing programs into production along with break/fix responsibilities.

Good knowledge and experience in the SDLC (System Design Life Cycle) including working with business people in gathering requirements, designing, developing, unit testing, user acceptance testing and post install support Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of VB.NET; Microsoft SQL Server TSQL.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS Experience coding complex object oriented programs (VB, C#, Java, C++,.NET) Demonstrated skills in organization, prioritization, time-management, and decision-making Excellent oral written communication skills Proven leadership skills Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/technologies readily Knowledge of database design including the ability to write complex queries Familiarity with code version controltools

Preferred Experience Requirement: 2+ years of proven interface development using IBM Message Broker Version 8 or newer 2+ years of experience coding complex object oriented programs like VB, C#, Java, C++, ESQL Understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, XML Schemas and WSDL concepts IBM MQSeries administration including configuration and the building of queues and channels Knowledge of SAP ECC, SCM, TM, PI and SAP Business Services would be a plus Web Development Experience using Microsoft Technologies would be a plus

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Preferred Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
