Project Details:

  • The Database Architect is an expert in database architecture, infrastructure, security and integration.
  • They possess strong technical skills to provide leadership and best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining an efficient, secure, and reliable database infrastructure for many complex systems.
  • This position is responsible for analysis, modeling, administration and integration as it relates to the business requirements for transactional and data warehousing purposes.
  • The Database Architect participates in strategic planning efforts in line with our Database Strategy.

Required:

  • Highly proficient in MS SQL 2008, 2012, 2014.
  • Highly proficient in MS SQL SSIS, SSAS, SSRS Familiarity with Erwin or similar database modeling tools.
  • Ability to create .DLL's Knowledge of Oracle structures, coding, architecture or proficient in Oracle database development.
  • Self-starter, ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to understand and translate high level concepts into actionable tasks.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of IBM's IIB integration hub is a plus.
