Job Description :
This position serves as the principal developer of a new WebFOCUS environment for an insurance operations division. Performs all complex and high level development; directs the design, modification, maintenance and management of the environment including self-service adhoc pages and leaders portals. Required Technical Skills: Ability to create a secure environment within a highly regulated industry, while maintaining a user access matrix that is simple to manage by a group. Has necessary knowledge needed to build an end-user experience that is fully unimpeded by wait times or lag caused by complex back-end calculations or schema. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues to fix dashboard as well as errors caused by data sources prone to frequent, unannounced change. Advise more junior developers who are new to WebFOCUS Thorough working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets 5-6 years of progressive experience with WebFOCUS development 4 years of database architecture and database design 3 years of data analysis, construction and testing
