Analyzing problems and developing alternatives and solutions
Documenting design alternatives and program specifications
2+ years IIS and Web development with ASP
2+ years Windows 2003/Windows 2008 experience
Enterprise software maintenance experience
Excellent communication and writing skills with good working knowledge of desktop productivity applications - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
Experience with interfacing to relational databases (i.e. DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) using various connection methods like ODBC, or direct database connection management tools.
