Description:

Worked on MAG (Managed Access gateway) is a Cloud Based IAM (Identity Access Management) Product

and it is a solution for the account management, authentication and authorization services and it’s a

gateway to access Exostar’s hosted applications and applications hosted within other enterprise domains.

Mag provides a secure way of approving users and also extend the support for the single sign on

federation to connect with the applications of enterprise domains.

Responsibilities:

 The product is designed on Identity Access Management and is very securely layered and involves the

understanding of huge set of modules.

 Worked extensively on the Roles module of the MAG gathered requirements, analyzed understood the

data model and the workflows in proofing the users.

 MAG is designed using standard JSF 1.2 and follows MVC architecture.

 View is designed with Facelets View Engine and xhtml source files.

 In the backend TORQUE acted as a data Layer.

 Using Tomcat 6.0 as the application server to deploy.

 Implemented the web services using JAX-WS 2.0.

 Implementation of SSO, OAuth, SAML 2.0.

 Worked on Single sign on and application development.

 Supported Identity Access Management.

 Worked on the Provisioning services.

 Worked on the FILTERS which acts as the security layers for the users in order to show what they are

supposed to see depending on their role.

 In order to Provide the More SECURED access for the users, implemented the changes how they will use

the MAG application not only with credentials but with BASIC and MEDIUM level Certificates.

 Enhanced on the Resetting of user credentials on customer Feedback.

 Worked on Active directory (AD) which uses the LDAP.

 Worked on CA certificates.

 Worked on workflows of secure forms and tested and make sure it the changes doesn’t effect any other

projects Worked on new requirements of mag as well as fixing the existing bugs of MAG.

 Extensively worked on SQL/PL SQL for reporting purposes

 Developed the jasper reports in the application using IReport 3.2.1 tool.

 Used Hp QC for change tracking, bug fixes and traceability.

 The Application was Deployed on TOMCAT server

 Used Apache Maven 2.0 as build Manger for this project.

 Used SVN as the code repository and sooner migrating to Bit Bucket.

 Developed Technical Design Specification Documents from the Functional Design Documents.

 Debugged the application and fixed defects.

 Supporting deployments of applications and production issues

 Implementation of SSO, OAuth, SAML 2.0

 Coordination with BA’s for the requirements and UI feel of the application.

 Provided the best support for the QA in testing the new enhancements of the project.
